Thank you to those units who have already submitted their Popcorn Kernel’s contact information to us!!! If your unit will be selling popcorn in the fall, please forward your unit kernel’s contact information to Chuck Bossert at cbossert@bsamail.org. Sorry, incomplete information cannot be accepted. We need your:

Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and Email address

Important Sale Dates

September 28th – Popcorn Sale Starts
September 29th – Council Wide Popcorn Blitz Day
October 5, 12, 19, & 26 - Fill it up forms are due to the Council Office
October 26 – Unit Popcorn Orders are due to office by NOON
November 6 & 7 - Popcorn Pick ups
November 27th – Money Due in the Council Center

Here are some important items to remember as we move through the Popcorn Sales season. Don’t forget to establish both a unit goal and a youth goal for your popcorn sale. Remember, if you put the effort into the sale, this could be the only fundraiser you need for the Scouting Year!!! Encourage your unit leaders, parents and youth to visit the trails end website at: www.trailsend.com to view the training materials on how to sell popcorn. Don’t forget to submit those youth’s popcorn forms who have “filled it up.” We are again doing the weekly drawings for $50 gift cards for those youth who have filled up their popcorn forms.
